MFAA celebrates Queensland State Excellence Award winners

The first MFAA State Excellence Awards event for 2023 took place last night in Brisbane where 18 winners were announced.

The event, held at the Sofitel Brisbane Central, was the first of five state award events taking place this month, culminating in the National MFAA Excellence Awards ceremony on Thursday 27 July.

The awards recognise MFAA members who have excelled in areas including customer service, professionalism, ethics, growth and innovation.

MFAA CEO Anja Pannek said the awards are an opportunity to celebrate the achievements MFAA members and the mortgage and finance broking industry.

“The calibre of nominations we received this year highlighted the unwavering commitment of our members to professionalism, innovation, and outstanding customer service.

“As the CEO of MFAA, I am immensely proud to recognise the exceptional achievements of our MFAA Excellence Awards winners and I congratulate all finalists,” she said.

All winners at the Queensland MFAA State Excellence Awards will be finalists in the MFAA National Excellence Awards in their respective categories.

The awards are audited by Hall Chadwick and are judged equally based on excellence and professionalism across all areas of business.
