Any Full Member or a Nominated Representative who has voluntarily given extensive and meritorious service to the Association will be eligible to be elected as a Life Member. Nominations to be a Life Member must be in writing and submitted to the Board.
Election as a Life Member will be at the absolute discretion of the Board. Life Members will be entitled to receive all publications and communications distributed to Full Members and will be entitled to vote and play a role in the governance of the Association.
Membership as an Honorary Member may be bestowed at the absolute discretion of the Board on any person (not eligible to be a Full Member) who has given extensive and meritorious service to the Association.
Honorary Members will be entitled to receive all publications and communications distributed to Full Members but are not entitled to vote or play any role in the governance of the Association.
The Fellow of the MFAA (FMFAA) designation recognises individuals who hold senior positions, are highly experienced in the mortgage and finance industry and have also made a significant contribution to the development of the industry in Australia.
Recognition as an MFAA Fellow may be bestowed upon individuals who are a Full Member of the MFAA or the Nominated Representative of an MFAA Full Member Business, subject to those individuals satisfying the relevant criteria established by the Board.

The Associate of the MFAA (AMFAA) designation recognises individuals who have attained a high level of professional standing within the mortgage and finance broking industry.
Recognition as an MFAA Associate may be bestowed upon individuals who are a Full Member of the MFAA or the Nominated Representative of an MFAA Full Member business, subject to those individuals satisfying the relevant criteria established by the Board.
