MFAA announces national-only category finalists for the 2025 Excellence Awards

The Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) is proud to reveal the finalists in the seven national-only categories for the 2025 MFAA Excellence Awards.

These awards recognise outstanding leadership, innovation, inclusion, and professionalism in the mortgage and finance industry – honouring those who are making a broad and lasting impact nationwide.

The national-only award categories are:

  • Aggregator Award
  • Diversity and Inclusion Award
  • Mentor of the Year
  • Mentor Program Award
  • Mortgage Manager Award
  • Professional Development Award
  • Support Service Provider Award

MFAA CEO Anja Pannek said the national awards celebrate those who are helping shape the future of the industry through a commitment to progress, excellence and professional standards.

“These national finalists are leaders in their field,” said Ms Pannek. “Not only are they delivering outstanding outcomes for their clients and communities but they’re also lifting the bar for the entire industry.

“Whether it’s through mentoring new talent, driving diversity and inclusion, supporting brokers with quality learning, or innovating at an organisational level—these finalists exemplify the values of the MFAA and the future of broking in Australia.”

Each entry is assessed by an expert panel of independent judges, with the results audited by Hall Chadwick to ensure the highest standards of integrity, fairness and transparency.

The winners will be announced at the 2025 MFAA National Excellence Awards, taking place on Wednesday, 23 July at Crown Melbourne, following the MFAA National Conference held earlier that day.

The awards evening will be hosted by MC Tim Campbell and promises to be a celebration of the best and brightest in the industry.
