Australia’s top mortgage and finance industry performers have been honoured at a black-tie gala dinner held at Crown Melbourne to celebrate the 2025 Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia National Excellence Awards .
There were a total of 138 national awards finalists – all winners in their categories at five state-based events held in Adelaide, Sydney, Perth, Melbourne and Brisbane.
From these finalists, 26 national award winners were announced last night in a range of categories, covering residential and commercial brokers, community champions and young professionals, loan administrators, broker businesses, customer service representatives, business leaders and more. There were also finalists in five lender categories.
Finalists and winners were chosen based on their commitment to industry best practices, customer service excellence, and overall business performance.
An independent panel of expert judges evaluates the award entries, with results audited by Hall Chadwick to ensure fairness and transparency.
About 600 people from across Australia attended the National Excellence Awards, which were emceed by Tim Campbell. The awards followed the highly successful MFAA National Conference which was held earlier that day.

“Congratulations to all our winners and finalists on your impressive achievements. The professionalism, expertise, innovation and dedication to meeting your customers’ needs that you display each day is outstanding. It’s a testament to just how far our industry has come and signals a bright future.”
