Vladimír is an experienced director, chief financial officer and company secretary with broad background in finance, accounting and company secretarial practice in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
He brings important skills to the MFAA Board, including: corporate planning, strategy formulation and implementation, mergers, acquisitions, privatisations, company performance improvements and restructuring.
As an MFAA Director, Vladimír is the Chair of the Audit and Risk Management Committee.
Vladimír holds a Master of Business Administration, a Graduate Diploma of Finance, a Bachelor of Business (Accounting Major) and a Diploma Company Directors Course.
He is a Fellow of CPA Australia, the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries in Australia and the Governance Institute of Australia.
