​Please send an email request to change your Business name including:

  1. Your MFAA member number and name
  2. Your business name​
  3. Your business address
  4. Your email address (for sending information to you)
  5. You mobile phone number:
  6. Your ASIC ACL/ACR number
  7. A copy of your PI Certificate of Currency in your new business name
  8. A copy of your AFCA certificate in the name of the new business or in your name

Once completed, we will make the change. Please note that new membership certificates are not issued as the membership remains in your name.

The date of your membership renewal will remain unchanged.
