If government restrictions prohibit the face-to-face event from proceeding, the events will be cancelled. Delegates attending will be refunded their ticket cost (including merchant fees).
The MFAA assumes no liability for any penalty fees on airline tickets, hotel accommodation, or any other fees, charges, penalties, or other incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of the cancellation of the event. You may want to consider taking out travel insurance.
Once you have completed your registration, we will email you a confirmation letter and tax receipt to the email address you have submitted. You may pay by credit card or direct debit. All prices include GST.
A merchant fee of 1.35% will be applied to all credit card and debit card payments including Visa, Mastercard and AMEX credit card payments.
Requests for refunds must be received no later than 7 days prior to the event. All requests for refunds must be notified in writing to ua.moc.aafm@stneve
Please note that any merchant fees paid will not be refunded. Should you not be able to attend the event, you may nominate a substitute delegate at no additional cost.
