The MFAA has launched a new and exciting major national advertising campaign to promote the mortgage broking industry and highlight the value that mortgage brokers across the nation deliver to their customers - Australian home buyers - and the economy.
Despite a challenging period, the value and service Mortgage Brokers provide to their customers has continued to grow and it’s time to tell that story far and wide.
The campaign, which had been tested and shaped with the help of a panel of industry stakeholders (including brokers, aggregators and lenders), was designed to portray the benefits that brokers deliver, with an emphasis on choice, fairness and the empowerment of consumers.
The campaign, launched on 7 July 2018, will run until the end of October and uses television, radio, newspaper, digital, bus and billboard advertising to tell the stories of real people and real brokers.
Mortgage Brokers, get involved and help support your industry.
With an estimated 17,000 mortgage brokers behind it, the objective is to turn this major national campaign into an enormously influential social movement.
How Can Mortgage Brokers Get Involved?
We call on you, Mortgage Brokers, to be advocates, to spread the message to their customers and connections.
We've created a series of advertising materials and a campaign microsite – brokerbehindyou.com.au – to help Mortgage Brokers do this.
These advertising and promotional materials will be available to MFAA members from the MyResources section of the MFAA website.
We encourage all our members to share the content through their own channels, such as in your newsletters or on YouTube or social media pages.
As the campaign progresses we will be rolling out fresh new advertising and social content, and members will be contacted accordingly to let them know when there is more content to share.
We believe this campaign will be effective in promoting our industry, at a time when all Australians need to be reminded of the incredible value you bring. I hope you find it beneficial, and please share this as often and as widely as possible.
