Western Australian winners of MFAA State Excellence Awards announced

Yesterday, the mortgage and finance industry applauded the winners of the MFAA Western Australian State Excellence Awards for 2022.

The event was held at Crown Perth with almost 300 brokers and industry representatives in attendance as 18 winners were announced.

MFAA CEO Mike Felton said the awards recognise those members who have excelled in areas including customer service, professionalism, ethics, growth and innovation.

“It was fabulous to finally be back in Western Australia in person to celebrate the outstanding work and customer outcomes our members are delivering for Australians,” he said.

“The number and calibre of award submissions we received was incredible, and it’s always a privilege to be able to recognise all our finalists and of course congratulate all our winners.

“Our industry is going from strength to strength – just this week we released the latest mortgage broker market share which has once again reached a new high of 69.5%.

“With amazing results like this, together with the knowledge that our industry has safely navigated an extended period of reviews with flying colours, there is much to celebrate.”

The Western Australia event was the second of five state award ceremonies, culminating in the National Excellence Awards ceremony on Wednesday 27 July.

The awards are audited by Hall Chadwick and are judged equally based on excellence and professionalism across all areas of business.

All winners at the Western Australian MFAA Excellence Awards will be finalists in the MFAA National Excellence Awards in their respective categories.

We thank the following leading companies that demonstrated their support by sponsoring the awards including: ANZ, Australian Broker, Bluestone, Commonwealth Bank, Mortgage Choice, MPA Magazine, NAB, NextGen, Pepper Money, Prospa, QBE, Suncorp, Teachers Mutual Bank Limited and The Adviser.
