Submissions are now open for the 2025 MFAA Excellence Awards

Submissions are now open for the 2025 MFAA Excellence Awards, celebrating the achievements of the mortgage and finance industry’s most accomplished individuals and businesses.


Operating for more than 22 years, the MFAA Excellence Awards are amongst the longest standing awards in the industry. They are held in the highest regard by mortgage and finance brokers, lenders, aggregators, BDMs, and other industry professionals and are renowned for their prestige and integrity.


The awards are open to all MFAA members, with categories covering individuals, businesses and lenders across all states and territories, culminating in the National Excellence Awards which will be announced in Melbourne in July 2025.


Submissions for the MFAA Excellence Awards opened on 2 January, while nominations opened on Tuesday, 10 December. Members can showcase their achievements or nominate deserving individuals and businesses that exemplify excellence and professionalism.

Award entries are evaluated by an independent panel of expert judges, with the results audited by Hall Chadwick to ensure fairness and transparency.


The lender awards are determined solely by member voting and audited by Hall Chadwick.


MFAA CEO Anja Pannek said she was thrilled to celebrate MFAA members who are the industry’s top performers.


“Over the past 12 months, MFAA members have continued to provide exceptional support, service and guidance to Australian consumers and business owners in the midst of challenging economic conditions,” Pannek said

“The 2025 MFAA Excellence awards are a fantastic opportunity for our members to be recognised for reaching the pinnacle of industry achievement. I would encourage all our members to nominate, with submissions open from 2 January.”
