A new strategic partnership arrangement will provide members of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) with property market insights and resources for their clients.
The newly-formed partnership between the MFAA and leading independent property valuation and advisory firm Herron Todd White (HTW) will see MFAA members’ gain property market knowledge that can inform client conversations, and options for their clients to access value-add HTW services.
HTW is one of the largest independent property valuation firms in Australia and have provided property valuation and advisory solutions to clients for over 50 years.
“HTW have been generous in their support of the MFAA and our members for many years and we’re pleased to be able to strengthen our relationship through this formal partnership arrangement,” MFAA CEO Anja Pannek.
“We know understanding local property markets is essential for our members to be able to have comprehensive discussions with their clients and through this partnership, HTW will be regularly providing the latest updates directly to our members through our local events.”

In addition to bringing property market updates to members, under the partnership the MFAA and HTW will collaborate making a range of value-added services more accessible for members’ clients.
These will include tax resources for residential property and energy audit valuations for homebuyers keen to understand the energy efficiency of properties they are considering.
