Yesterday, 18 winners of the 2023 MFAA State Excellence Awards for New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory were announced.
There are five state award events taking place in June, culminating in the National MFAA Excellence Awards ceremony on Thursday 27 July.
The awards recognise MFAA members who have excelled in areas including customer service, professionalism, ethics, growth and innovation.
Speaking on the night, hosted at The Fullerton Hotel, MFAA CEO Anja Pannek said the quality of nominations received was outstanding and commended all finalists and winners.
“I’m continually impressed by the commitment out members have to their clients and the exceptional work they do every day, and their willingness to share their stories is something to be valued.
“The MFAA Excellence Awards not only recognise individual achievements but also foster a culture of continuous improvement in our industry,” said Ms Pannek.
All winners at the New South Wales/Australian Capital Territory MFAA State Excellence Awards will be finalists in the MFAA National Excellence Awards in their respective categories.
The awards are audited by Hall Chadwick and are judged equally based on excellence and professionalism across all areas of business.
