  • Carer Gateway - an Australian Government program providing free services and support for carers.
  • Friendline - for anyone who needs to reconnect or just wants a chat.
  • Relationships Australia - is a provider of relationship support services for individuals, families and communities.
  • Disability Gateway - an Australian Government initiative that provides information and services to help people with disability, their family, friends and carers, to find the support they need in Australia.
  • QLife - funded by the Australian Government, QLife provides Australia-wide anonymous, LGBTI peer support and referral for people wanting to talk about a range of issues including sexuality, identity, gender, bodies, feelings or relationships.

Online mental health resources

  • NewAccess for Small Business Owners - a free and confidential mental health coaching program, developed by Beyond Blue to give small business owners, including sole traders the support they need.
  • Head to Health - an initiative of the Australian Department of Health, Head to Health brings together apps, online programs, online forums, and phone services, as well as a range of digital information resources.
  • Beyond Blue - information and support for anxiety, depression and suicide prevention for everyone in Australia.
  • Black Dog Institute - mental health research, information and support
  • SANE - information and resources to learn about mental health and what helps.

From our Diversity and Inclusion surveys, women identify safety concerns (eg: sexual harrassment, physical safety) as one of their top three barriers to participation in the mortgage and finance broking industry.
