The MFAA Tribunal has suspended the membership of Matthew Fitzpatrick of North Sydney, NSW. The suspension is for 18 months.

 

The Tribunal determined that the Member engaged in Misconduct, in breach of the MFAA Disciplinary Rules. The suspension is effective from 10 April 2025 until 10 October 2026.

 

The MFAA Tribunal has expelled Ms. Ai (Elise) Chen of Tranmere, SA. The Tribunal found Ms. Chen has breached the MFAA Code of Practice by engaging in acts of Misconduct. The expulsion is effective from 17 March 2025.

 

The MFAA Tribunal has expelled Mrs. Bahar Maghsoudi of Burwood East, VIC. The Tribunal found Mrs. Maghsoudi has breached the MFAA Code of Practice by engaging in acts of Misconduct.

The expulsion is effective from 13 March 2025.

The MFAA Tribunal has suspended the membership of Shivani Dhanesha of Gungahlin, ACT. The suspension is for 18 months, effective from 24 February 2024 until 24 August 2025.

The MFAA Tribunal has expelled Ms. Sonja Woodwell of Mindarie, WA. The Tribunal found Ms. Woodwell has breached the MFAA Code of Practice by engaging in acts of Misconduct. The expulsion is effective from 10 February 2025.

The MFAA Tribunal has expelled Mr. Mario Massouras of Gledswood Hills, NSW. The Tribunal found Mr. Massouras has breached the MFAA Code of Practice by engaging in acts of Misconduct. The expulsion is effective from 25 November 2024.

The MFAA Tribunal has expelled Mr. Chalo Nsendbuluka of South Yarra, VIC. The Tribunal found Mr. Nsendbuluka has breached the MFAA Code of Practice by engaging in acts of Misconduct. The expulsion is effective from 25 November 2024.

The MFAA Tribunal has expelled Mr Lakhbir Singh of Bundoora, VIC. The Tribunal found Mr Singh has breached the MFAA Code of Practice by engaging in acts of Misconduct.

The expulsion is effective from 2 October 2024.

The MFAA Tribunal has suspended the membership of Ashvinkumar Patel of Prospect SA. The suspension is for 24 months.

The Tribunal determined that the Member engaged in Misconduct, in breach of the MFAA Disciplinary Rules. The suspension is effective from 25 September 2024 until 25 September 2026.

The MFAA Tribunal has expelled Ms Monika Thao Thanh Tran of Taylors Hill, VIC. The Tribunal found Ms Tran has breached the MFAA Code of Practice by engaging in acts of Misconduct.

The expulsion is effective from 25 September 2024.

The MFAA Tribunal has suspended the membership of Tuyet Bach Thin Doan of Bossley Park, NSW. The suspension is for 18 months.

The Tribunal determined that the Member engaged in Misconduct, in breach of the MFAA Disciplinary Rules. The suspension is effective from 19 September 2024 until 19 March 2026.

The MFAA Tribunal has suspended the membership of Sunny Hurne of Point Cook, VIC. The suspension is for 24 months.

The Tribunal determined that the Member engaged in Misconduct, in breach of the MFAA Disciplinary Rules. The suspension is effective from 6 August 2024 until 6 August 2026.

The MFAA Tribunal has suspended the membership of Jake Parkinson of North Kyabram, VIC. The suspension is for 18 months.

The Tribunal determined that the Member engaged in Misconduct, in breach of the MFAA Disciplinary Rules. The suspension is effective from 15 July 2024 until 15 January 2026.

The MFAA Tribunal has suspended the membership of Borey Yim of Merrylands, NSW. The suspension is for 18 months.

The Tribunal determined that the Member engaged in Misconduct in breach of the MFAA Disciplinary Rules. The suspension is effective from 4 July 2024 until 4 January 2026.

The MFAA Tribunal has Expelled Anh Le of Prestons, NSW. The expulsion is effective from 25 June 2024.

The Tribunal found Mr Le has breached the MFAA Code of Practice by engaging in misleading conduct.

The MFAA Tribunal has suspended the membership of Jamal Hazim of North Strathfield, NSW. The suspension is for 12 months, effective from 20 June 2024. The Tribunal determined that the Member engaged in Misconduct, in breach of the MFAA Disciplinary Rules. The suspension is effective from 20 June 2024 until 20 June 2025.

The MFAA Tribunal has suspended the membership of Mingjie Li of Blackburn, Victoria. The suspension is for 12 months, effective from 19 June 2024.
The Tribunal determined that Members must not engage in any acts or omissions likely to be of a misleading or deceptive nature and Misconduct.
The suspension is effective from 19 June 2024 until 19 June 2025.

The MFAA Tribunal has suspended the membership of Xu Chen of Chatswood, NSW. The Tribunal determined that the member failed to exercise due diligence, misleading conduct and failure to keep correct record keeping. The suspension is effective from 5 June 2024 until 5 June 2025.

The MFAA Tribunal has suspended the membership of Himanshu Kalidhar of New South Wales. The suspension is for 18 months, effective from 21 May 2024. The Tribunal determined that the member failed to act with appropriate skill, care and diligence in submitting 7 loan applications. The suspension is effective from 21 May 2024 until 21 November 2025.

The MFAA Tribunal has suspended the membership of Stephen Palframan of Western Australia. The suspension is for 9 months, effective from 7 May 2024. The Tribunal determined that the member failed to declare to the MFAA on his membership application that he and two companies of which he is a director, had been the subject of investigation and disciplinary action by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission. The suspension is effective from 7 May 2024 until 3 February 2025.
