  4. Lenders/funders
  5. Mortgage Insurers
  6. Trustees or other support services
  7. Non loan writers who are employees of MFAA members
  8. Students


Which category is right for you? 

Individual - Loan Writers
I have a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking and LESS than 2 years loan-writing experience, click here
I have a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking and MORE than 2 years loan-writing experience, click here
I have a Diploma in Mortgage Broking and LESS than 2 years loan-writing experience, click here
I have a Diploma in Mortgage Broking and MORE than 2 years loan-writing experience, click here


Members joining with a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking must complete the Diploma of Mortgage Broking within 12 months of becoming an MFAA member.
 

Broking Business or Mortgage Management Business   

Broking business or mortgage management business dealing directly with the public

Broking business or mortgage management business not dealing with the public
Broking business dealing directly with the public (where Nominated Representative is a non loan writer)
