    Donna is a mortgage broker as part of the Oxygen Home Loans Team, covering the Sutherland Shire area, Sydney, NSW.

    Donna has over 20 years’ experience in the finance industry and has been a mortgage broker since 2004.

    As an MFAA Director, Donna is a member of the Nominations, Remuneration and Governance Committee and is the liaison Director for the National Aggregators Forum.

    Donna holds a Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking and is currently undertaking a Master of Business Administration degree.

    Melissa is a passionate, award winning AFG Broker backed by 16 years’ experience in the mortgage industry.

    Melissa owns and operates a successful boutique-size business, Smart Lending, in the west of Melbourne.

    In 2014 Melissa was the MFAA National Excellence Awards Winner in the prestigious category, “Mortgage Credit Adviser of the Year.  Other Awards include winning the AFG Home Loan Writer of the Year in 2013 and 2014.

    As an MFAA Director, Melissa is a member of the Nominations, Remuneration and Governance Committee and is the liaison Director for the National Equipment and Commercial Finance Forum.

    Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business, Applied Economics (Victoria University) and a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking.  Melissa is also a Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors.

    Rose De Rossi

    Rose is a multi-award winning finance broker who started her banking and finance career in 1985 with the R&I Bank, now known as Bankwest.  After 14 years in various management and lending roles, she became a finance broker with Choice Home Loans in 1999.  In 2009 her agency rebranded to Diversifi Pty Ltd with co-director Tracey Lea Gilbert.

    Rose is based in Perth, Western Australia.

    Her educational achievements include Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking and the Diploma of Mortgage and Finance.

    Rose was recently the President of the MFAA WA Perth Forum and is a member of Australian Institute of Company Directors

    Vladimír Malčík

    Vladimír is an experienced director, chief financial officer and company secretary with broad background in finance, accounting and company secretarial practice in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

    He brings important skills to the MFAA Board, including: corporate planning, strategy formulation and implementation, mergers, acquisitions, privatisations, company performance improvements and restructuring.

    As an MFAA Director, Vladimír is the Chair of the Audit & Risk Management Committee.

    Vladimír holds a Master of Business Administration, a Graduate Diploma of Finance, a Bachelor of Business (Accounting Major) and a Diploma Company Directors Course.

    He is a Fellow of CPA Australia, the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries in Australia and the Governance Institute of Australia.

    Joshua Hatten

    Josh is a professional Company Director with over 10 years Board experience across several industries including retail banking, health and education.

    He joined the Board of the MFAA as an independent Director in May 2017 and was appointed Chair of the Nominations, Governance and Remuneration Committee.

    Josh also sits on the Board of Qudos Bank, a mutual retail bank providing services to nearly 100,000 customers across Australia.

    In his executive career, Josh has served as Chief of Staff to a senior Government Minister and worked as a corporate affairs consultant providing advice to organisations such as Snowy Hydro, Sydney Airport and Air Services Australia. Josh has also previously sat on the Board of the Cambridge Institute of Australia and ACON Health.

    As an MFAA Director, Josh is the Chair of the Nominations, Remuneration and Governance Committee.

    Josh holds a Masters degree in Science from the London School of Economics and degrees in Economic Social Sciences and Law. He has been admitted as a lawyer of the NSW Supreme Court and is a member the AICD.  Josh also holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Sydney.
