Member Handbook
In the absence of national regulation of the mortgage and finance industry the MFAA has created codes of practice and guidelines for members to abide by:
- Constitution
- Code of Practice
- Disciplinary Rules
- Internal Dispute Resolution Procedures
- Advertising Guidelines
- Code on Alternative Forms of Remuneration
Breaches of these principles will be dealt with through the MFAA disciplinary rules. In severe cases members can be expelled from the Association.
