The MFAA can only take action if your complaint or dispute is against an MFAA member.

Complaints Against MFAA Members

In the first instance try to resolve the complaint directly with the MFAA member. The MFAA requires its members to have internal dispute resolution (IDR) procedures in place to address and try to resolve customer complaints within a reasonable time.

If IDR doesn't work
